Our partner, HC Linear, participated in the 19th Pollack Expo, an annual engineering and industrial event hosted by the University of Pécs, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. Since its inception in 2007, Pollack Expo has become a key Hungarian platform for connecting companies, researchers, students, and engineering professionals through exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities.
This year’s program focused on future-oriented engineering themes, including digital technologies and space innovation. HC Linear, a Pécs-based technology company, showcased its latest transport technology developments and international R&D activities, prominently featuring metaCCAZE.

At HC Linear’s stand, visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the project and discuss current challenges and opportunities in sustainable urban mobility with the company’s team. As part of metaCCAZE, HC Linear contributes its expertise in digital solutions to support the development and testing of innovative urban mobility technologies addressing challenges such as congestion and pollution.
The event provided a great opportunity to meet students, researchers, and industry partners interested in the future of mobility. Connecting with the next generation of engineers plays an important role in supporting international R&D collaboration and innovation.
More than a traditional exhibition, Pollack Expo serves as a platform for professional dialogue, knowledge sharing, and innovation partnerships, while also inspiring future engineers through industry-focused programs and collaborations. For HC Linear, participating in such events helps bridge the gap between academic research and practical application.
